We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our front office team for the opening asGuest Relation Supervisor
You are under the general guidance and supervision of the front office manager. Primarily, you will participate in all Banquet sales activities and work in line with the sales and marketing plan to exceed hotel conference & banqueting revenues and targets. The scope includes promoting the hotel banqueting facilties, maximizing revenue and coordinating the banquet function details between the client and the different department of the hotel.
Ideal candidates should posses one or more from the below requirements:
- Female
- At least one year experience in guest relation in a hotel chain
- OPERA knowledge is a must
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point
- Bilingual, Russian speaking is an advantage
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
In addition, you will be pro-active, self motivated, loves challenges and ability to meet aggressive targets and work in a highly pressurized environment.
